I) LISTING YOUR PLANE ON LEADER AVIATION
Q. Do I need to be a registered member of LeaderAviation.com to list an aircraft?
A. Yes, in order for you to enjoy the many features of the site you must register first. The registration process is easy, taking less than 1 minute of your time.
Q. What do I need to do to list my plane on your site?
A. First you'll need to register on the site (click on register - top right hand corner). Once registered and logged in, click on 'LIST AIRCRAFT" and follow the simple directions. If at any time during the uploading process you have questions, simply give us a call. Our people are standing by to ensure your upload is hassle free!
Q. Can you upload the listing for me?
A. We encourage our customers to get acquainted with the uploading process but of course we understand time is of essence and you may choose for Leader Aviation to complete the process for you. Simply email us your information at cs@leaderaviation.com or call it in @ 1.888.696.8588 (Toll Free N.A.), +1. 416.800.9263 and we'll take care of the rest. Be sure to have your credit card information on hand for quick posting.
Q. How much does it cost to list my plane on your site?
A. Depending on the type of aircraft it varies from $130/month to $60/month. Please refer to our service plans and pricing.
Q. How many pictures can I include in my ad?
A. You can include up to 13 pictures of your aircraft!
Q. When will my listing appear on the site?
A. If you are uploading the listing yourself, the listing will appear on the site as soon as one of our representatives reviews the information and approves the listing. The approval process, once the listing is uploaded, is quick – within the hour. If you've requested Leader Aviation to upload your listing for you, your listing will be up within 24 hours (assuming all pertinent information is received in a timely manner).
Q. How do I find my ad on your site?
A. Click on Aircraft for Sale and choose your aircraft type and the make/model. You will find your aircraft listed with the entire current inventory.
Q. How long is my ad posted for?
A. Each listing is posted for a period of one month. Your listing will automatically renew each month unless we are notified that you want the listing removed from the site.
Q. How am I billed?
A. If you upload your aircraft listing yourself, you will be required to pay on line with a credit card. Your credit card statement is your proof of purchase. If you require an invoice, simple let us know and we'll be happy to email you an invoice.
Q. When do the charges show up on my credit card?
A. Credit card billings will happen on the 1st and 15th of each month. If you've placed an order between the 1st and 14th of each month, your charges will be posted on the 15th of the month. If you've placed an order between the 15th and last day of the month, your charges will be posted on the 1st of the month.
Q. How do I make a change to my listing?
A. You can manage all your listings by logging onto the site and visiting 'My Site'. You can make changes to your listing and/or add new listings anytime. Changes are saved and displayed real time.
Q. How am I informed of my leads?
A. There are several ways of capturing your leads. You will by contacted by email or by phone from any potential buyer. You will also be able to review all your leads with all their respective contact information when you visit 'My Site' and review your leads page.
Q. How do I cancel or remove a listing?
A. You can remove a listing yourself by simply visiting "My Site", click on your listing and press the 'delete' button. It is that simple!
Q. How do I get the best quality photo in my ad?
A. Our ad format guarantees your ad will look its' best every time. However, to ensure best quality photos, please make sure your photos are 640x480 pixels.
Q. Does LeaderAviation offer volume discounts?
A. We believe our prices are not only competitive but offer the best value for the service in the marketplace. However, volume discounts are available and discussed on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss further.
Q. Are your prices in US dollars?
A. Yes, all our prices are in US dollars in order to simplify the billing process.
II) ADVERTISING YOUR PLANE OR SERVICE ON LEADER AVIATION
Q. How do I get my advertising material to you?
A. Please email us your ad in the format specified on our 'Service Plans and Pricing" sheet. You can also mail the ad materials on disc if timing is not an issue. Our mailing address is 43 Redwood Lane, Unionville, Ontario, Canada, L3R 3Z1
Q. How do I pay for my ad?
A. We will require a credit card number from you at the time of your ad placement. Once your credit card is approved, your ad will be posted within an hour of ad materials receipt.
Q. Do I choose where to place my ad?
A. Leader Aviation has 5 strategic site locations dedicated to advertising. These are home page, list aircraft, aircraft for sale, email broadcast and power package. If your first choice position is not available, we will review available inventory with you at the time of booking.
Q. How long does my ad stay up on your site?
A. Ads are posted on the website for 1 month. If you choose to keep your ad in front of potential customers for longer, please give us a call and we’ll reserve your placement.
III) PARTICIPATING IN OUR CUSTOMISED EMAIL BROADCAST SERVICE
Q. How Do I place an order for an email broadcast service through Leader Aviation?
A. Simply fill out the email broadcast 'contact form' and email it to us. We will give you a call to discuss your needs and get your message on its way.
Q. How am I billed for this service?
A. All Leader Aviation services require credit card payment prior to processing your orders. Please call us with your credit card number and we will take care of the rest.
Q. Who does your database comprise of?
A. Our database consists of QUALIFIED buyers and sellers of aircraft worldwide. We don't claim to have the largest database but the most representative. In other words, the individuals viewing your message are the right individuals. As we are sensitive to unwanted or unsolicited emails, we've carefully chosen and limited our database to qualified individuals only.
Q. How do I know that the email blast was successful?
A. Leader Aviation takes pride in the after service following all our marketing campaigns. We will send you a summary that shows you the number of people who have received and opened your email message. Our marketing experts are standing by to ensure all your marketing campaigns have successfully been executed and results measured.

We will also provide you with a custom designed, URL linked landing page that will effectively promote your aircraft. With this attractive web page, you can allow prospects to view pictures of your aircraft, read key sales information, download spec sheets, contact you, link to another website - and more!
Q. Why does Leader Aviation have right to these URLs?
A. Leader Aviation has registered and owns the exclusive right to over 90 url addresses. Each URL refers to one aircraft model i.e. www.challenger604forsale.com .
Q. Can I have own the URL for longer than 1 month?
A. You can rent the URL for as long as your aircraft is on the market and the domain is not booked by any other customer. This strategy will guarantee that every potential buyer who searches the web by putting 'Challenger 604 for sale' will squarely land on your home page!
Q. What is the cost of this service?
A. The value of the service is $800 but Leader Aviation is pricing this service at $600 - a 25% discount. This package price includes all development costs including a custom landing page and hosting services for one month.
Q. How do I know if the campaign worked?
A. The advantage of this program is that the results are tangible. We can tell you the number of people who have been directed to your landing page as a result of your initiative. The results are quantifiable and delivered straight to you at the end of the campaign.
Q. Can I own more than one URL?
A. You can rent multiple URLs - as long as they are available and not booked by another customer. Please contact us and we can look into availability for you.
