Any service can be canceled at any time prior to the commencement of the campaign. Once the campaign starts, you 'the advertiser' will be billed for the cost of the program. For aircraft listings, customers will be billed on the 15th (if listing goes live anytime between the 1st and 14th of the month) and on the 1st (for listings that go live anytime between the 15th and last day of the month). The cost per aircraft listing on the site will recur every month until you remove it from 'My listings'. Alternatively, you can contact a Leader Aviation customer service representative at cs@leaderaviation.com and request to remove the listing from the site. The recurring payment on that listing will stop and no further charges will be billed for that listing. The charge for all other services (email broadcast, advertising and domain rentals) will incur a one time charge to your credit card when order is placed. If for any reason, your campaign is not executed by Leader Aviation as per your order, you will be refunded for the full amount of the program. A full refund will be applied to the credit card on file.
30 days free LISTING to all new 'registrants'
Leader Aviation offers each new site member a 30 day FREE listing. Once the 30 day period ends, the customer can choose to keep the listing on the site but will be billed the respective monthly listing fee.
Cancel within the first 30 days and you won't be charged
If you remove your listing from the site prior to the 30 day period. There are no charges applied to your account.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the "Account" tab (usually found on the Dashboard). Once you are on the Account page, click the "Please cancel my account" link
